It felt good to be racing again. Gainesville was the first race of the 2021 season for TKR and we were struggling to find the right tune-up for this new bike. First round of qualifying was disappointing due to being shut-off at the line. TKR was timed out at the light due to competitor rolling through the beams. We qualified 3rd on our second pass which got us into the show. During Q3, the bike had a fuel system malfunction resulting in the bike laboring down the track. The team worked through the night fixing the issue and was ready for the elimination rounds on Sunday. For E1, we had our best run of the weekend, however it wasn't enough to beat Ricky House, who had the quickest time of the weekend.
